Dance is an incredibly powerful tool for healing, allowing us to release and move energy and find a meditation through movement. We offer a sacred and safe space to let your dancing spirit free! We like to cultivate and encourage a conscious community of mindful interactions and connections. This event great place to meet and play with like minded individuals. The healthiest kind of party. We invite you to leave any judgements and expectations at the door and allow yourself to let go! We support and encourage a substance free experience.
There will be many offerings throughout the evening, with Trilogy’s two levels (Our rooftop deck and level 3 space) you can take part in whatever you choose! Be it full flow ecstatic dance, or simply relax and take in the live music and performances! There is something for everybody!
